Seeds is an interdisciplinary arts collective exploring the meeting point of sound, movement and visual art through improvisation, collaboration and presence.Bringing together musician and sound practitioner Craig Rogerson with artists Adele Cloony and Marsha Roddy, the collective creates moments that unfold in real time. Sound becomes mark, mark becomes movement, and every response shapes what follows. At the heart of the collective are four interconnected ideas:Creativity as a flow state

Making visible the invisibleThese ideas take shape through two strands of work: live public performances where creativity unfolds in real time, and participatory workshops that invite people into shared drawing, improvised sound and intuitive mark-making. Presence and curiosity required.
Embodied movement and meditative mark-making
Adele Cloony
Adele Cloony is a London-based multidisciplinary artist working across visual art and internal martial arts. Influenced by Taoist and Buddhist philosophy, she treats painting as moving meditation, where mark-making expresses presence, breath, and embodied awareness.Using ink, brush, and repetitive gesture, she creates abstract works exploring the relationship between inner stillness and outward expression. Her process prioritises attentive observation over fixed outcomes, allowing each piece to emerge through dialogue between intuition, material, and movement.

Marsha Roddy
Marsha Roddy is a multidisciplinary artist, designer and energy practitioner whose work explores the relationship between space, texture, movement and human connection. Her practice sits at the intersection of material and the unseen, inviting audiences to consider how creativity, consciousness and presence quietly shape experience.For Marsha, the process is as important as the outcome. She creates conditions where experimentation, curiosity and collaboration can unfold naturally, embracing openness and the unexpected discoveries that arise through shared making.

Craig Rogerson
Craig Rogerson is a contemporary percussionist, handpan player and sound therapy practitioner exploring rhythm, resonance and deep listening. His work creates immersive spaces where sound fosters presence, reflection and human connection.As founder of Soundworks, he combines singing bowls, gongs and percussive instruments such as frame drums and handpans to create musical and meditative experiences in performance and facilitation, encouraging audiences to slow down and reconnect.
